PPR Aluminum-plastic composite pipe

The aluminum-plastic composite pipe is made of a welded aluminum pipe as an intermediate layer, a polyethylene plastic as an inner and outer layer, and each layer is bonded by hot melt adhesive.

The aluminum layer is stabilized and reliable by ultrasonic lap welding, which not only improves the overall pressure resistance of the pipeline, but also reduces the linear expansion coefficient of the pipeline, making the pipeline more flexible in the design of hot water transportation.

THE FIRST STEP
